Q: I'm trying to enter the key you have provided, but the product still stays in the "Demo" state.
A: This may happen when key is entered manually due to mistyping. It is suggested that you use the copy&paste functions to enter the key so that no entry mistakes happen. Please do not be discouraged - according to our practice, a majority of customers do not experience this problem at all while few who had this problem reported to have fixed it sooner or later, at least after rebooting the computer.

Q: Plug-in shows "Demo" on its interface. How can this be fixed?
A: First of all, you have to purchase plug-in's license if you did not already. This will give you a product key. You may enter this key via plug-in's window, that is shown when you press the button "DEMO", to register/authorize the plug-in and remove the "Demo" label.

Q: How can I obtain the key for a HASound product?
A: You have to purchase the end-user license for the product to obtain its key. If you have already purchased the end-user license for a HASound product, simply visit the "My Keys" area after logging in to access the product keys you have.

Q: Do I need an active Internet connection to authorize HASound products?
A: No, an active Internet connection is not required for authorization. You only need a product key - which is a string of letters and digits.

Q: I have switched computers and need to authorize plug-in on the new computer. How do I do that and how do I get whatever authorization I need?
A: There is no difference between old and new computer authorization. You simply need to install the plug-in on the new computer and use your existing product key to authorize the plug-in.

Q: Does my product key for version 1.x allow me to authorize v2.x?
A: No, the keys are incompatible between major versions. You will need to buy new license key.

Q: Are they zeros or letter O's in the key?
A: Keys always have zeros in them.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: We are using 2CheckOut's re-seller services to sell HASound software. 2CheckOut accepts several payment methods: credit/debit cards and PayPal. Transactions are fully secure. You can also use credit/debit cards when paying via PayPal.

Q: Can I use a HASound product on more than one computer?
A: Yes, you can install and use a HASound product on more than one computer as long as only a single person (you yourself or company's assigned employee) will be using it. HASound end-user licenses are "per user" licenses, not "per computer" like operating system licenses usually are.

Q: If I purchase the Windows version of HASound software product do I also get access to a Mac OS X version?
A: Yes, you do.
